Thickness Test

Take sample of PE+PA film
Measure the thickness of the sample;
Inspection will be generated by each
new batch of inner bag film.

Oxygen Permeability Inspection

The inner film will be inspected to check its Oxygen Permeability.

Fabric Strength Test

Test the tensile property of PP woven longitudinally and laterally respectively with standard equipment.
Cut a strip according to the plastic ruler frame.
Put it into the tension detection machine.

Valve Leaking Test

We conduct a test before the incoming materials are supplied, and we will conduct a sampling inspection during the production. After the production is completed, we will conduct sampling inspection again.
